United launches new 'premium economy' class in between coach and business for long flights

United Airlines on Monday started selling seats aboard its new premium economy class, a new section in between coach and business on some of the airline's longest flights. The addition of premium economy mirrors efforts by a host of airlines worldwide as well as U.S. competitors Delta and American.
