Pompeo says oil prices don't influence US response to Khashoggi killing, contrary to Trump's stance

Several weeks after President Donald Trump linked his support for Saudi Arabia to its help taming oil prices, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said the cost of crude plays no role in its response to the killing of Saudi dissident Jamal Khashoggi.
