Harley-Davidson 'disappointed' by union contract rejection

Harley-Davidson confirmed that 730 employees at its Menomonee Falls plant and 280 employees at its Tomahawk plant, all of whom are represented by two chapters of the United Steelworkers, did not ratify a new agreement.
