Wangard Partners, city of Milwaukee wrestle over Harbor District site

Wangard Partners Inc. and Milwaukee’s development department are going head-to-head over a Walker’s Point property the company claims it has a standing option to buy. A city official refutes that point, and this week sent a request for other companies to submit offers to buy the land.
