Morning flight at MSP? Delta says get there 3 hours early

Nearly two weeks after Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport shut down one of its two main checkpoints to most passengers, lines remain so long that Delta Air Lines Inc. — the airport's chief carrier — is warning passengers to allow an extra hour or more to get to their planes.
