Target employees say company cut hours after raising wages

Target Corp. has boosted its starting wage over the past year as the retailer seeks a hiring edge in a tight labor market. But some employees say they aren't seeing the results in their paycheck because the retailer has cut hours even as it touts higher per-hour pay.
