Harley-Davidson expects EU and China tariff mitigation in 2020

With economic instability related to tariffs and the 2020 presidential campaign, Harley-Davidson Inc. president and CEO Matt Levatich said the company is experiencing one of the most uncertain forward environments it has seen in a long time. One area that eases some of the uncertainty is the future outlook of tariffs for the Milwaukee-based company.
