Kmart (not that one) taking over dozens of stores from Target (not that one)

Target Corp.'s business has been roiled by Covid-19, but overall the Minneapolis-based retailer has been handling the pandemic well. A separately owned, Australian retailer also named Target has been a lot less fortunate, and it will close dozens of stores and convert nearly 100 into of them into Kmarts — another down-under doppelganger of a U.S. retailer.
