Lawmakers worry debit-card stimulus payments come with high fees, compromise personal information

A group of senators on Capitol Hill are complaining that the debit cards used to give some Americans their stimulus payments come with unnecessarily high fees and could compromise their personal financial information by sharing it with third parties.
