Palmer’s Bar prepares to reopen — mostly outside — next week

Rather than rush to reopen when Gov. Walz gave the go ahead, bar owner Tony Zaccardi has instead taken time to refurbish his bar and carefully plan what the reopening will look like as Palmer’s is scheduled to be back in business July 31.
