As the world struggles with the coronavirus, detecting whether or not someone is infected is one of the biggest challenges. The fastest test can return results in about 15 minutes, but in some cases results can take a week. For more instant results, infrared technology is fast becoming the preferred method of detecting fevers, one of the virus' primary symptoms.
