Prosperity Partnership accused of unlawfully accessing confidential SEDC meetings

The Saratoga County Prosperity Partnership has been issued a cease-and-desist notice accusing the taxpayer-funded group of illegally accessing confidential SEDC Zoom meetings 27 times in August. The partnership's chairman called the allegation"baseless," in a statement.
