Three additional Wells Fargo execs agree to fines and one is banned as part of fake accounts scandal settlement

The settlements build upon actions taken by regulators in January that led to former Wells Fargo Chairman and CEO John Stumpf agreeing to a $17.5 million fine and lifetime ban from the banking industry.
