Dwight Neptune is the 22-year-old CEO and co-founder of Beagle Drones. Neptune began studying electrical engineering in high school and picked up drones as a hobby. Neptune dropped out of college after three semesters to work on Beagle full time. Beagle is currently in the process of raising $1 million at a $4 million valuation, he says.
