Alec Baldwin's 'Rust' movie conducting 'internal review' after reported complaints of set conditions

Rust Movie Productions, the company behind the movie "Rust," has launched an "internal review" after an on-set accident left one dead and another wounded after Alec Baldwin accidentally discharged a prop gun.
