Chicago’s former head city attorney slammed Democratic Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s “disaster” tenure in a new op-ed after City Council voted on Wednesday to pay $2.9 million to a woman who was handcuffed while naked by police officers during a botched 2019 raid on her home.
