California AG: Murder charges inappropriate in stillborn cases -- even when woman contributes to baby's death

California’s Attorney General Rob Bonta advised Thursday that murder charges for women who have stillborn babies aren’t warranted even if the mother-to-be’s actions contributed to the death.
