Filipino-American Michael Pagara continues to make waves in New York City as a photographer specializing in portrait, fashion, and beauty photography.
The Fil-Am photography artist, who is also a creative director, has recently made a buzz in The Big Apple after his work got published in StyleCruze Magazine and was featured in New York City’s Time Square.
Apart from being well versed in both shooting outdoors and in studios, Michael’s work features vibrant colors, as well as eye-catching composition and a modern approach.

Born and raised in the Philippines, Michael moved to the United States and has since dreamt of making it big in New York City.

The thing is, your creative process will receive a big boost when you pursue your passion. It would not only add interest to your life, but it would also push you to be better at the things that you do.”
Michael, who has since been offered several projects, said he also aims to inspire many Filipino photographers and artists who want to bring their talent to the global stage.
“Filipinos have an intense affinity to the arts. That’s why they should not be afraid of taking their talent to the big stage. Their talent needs to be seen by more people, and they deserve more recognition in the global scene,” shares Michael.
Michael’s background in Arts and Graphic design has allowed him to produce unique and creative imagery as well as producing creative sets and environments.
