Idaho sheriff says area 'overwhelmed' by fentanyl overdoses: 'This is at everyone's doorstep'

An Idaho sheriff said on "Fox & Friends First" Friday his county is "overwhelmed" with fentanyl overdoses as a result of the open-border policies of the Biden administration.
