Antifa allegedly assaults Portland GOP rallygoers, understaffed police struggle to respond

The resource-strapped Portland Police Bureau (PPB) reportedly took more than 20 minutes to respond when apparent antifa members assaulted a Saturday campaign event near police headquarters in downtown Portland.
