Bipartisan group of lawmakers release bill to make it easier for news outlets to negotiate with tech giants

A group of lawmakers, including Democratic Senator Amy Klobuchar and Republican Senator John Kennedy, introduced a revised version of the Journalism Competition and Preservation Act.
