Demolition denied for historic St. Paul Justus Ramsey House

St. Paul's Heritage Preservation Commission has voted to reject a demolition bid of the historic Justus Ramsey House, the 170-year-old, tiny limestone house on the patio of Burger Moe's restaurant in St. Paul.
