About April Mazzoni
April Mazzoni, born and raised in Maryland, until the ripe ol’ age of ten… Now considers herself, after twenty-six years, a native of Colorado, where she lives with her son and two daughters.
In her early twenties’, starting her career in dental, she spent over twelve years in the dental field. She moved into orthodontic care because she loved seeing how happy a child was when she took their braces off and he or she loved their beautiful new smile. During that time, April knew she wanted to help people on a deeper, more emotional level and spend more time with her three beautiful children.
She then decided to work on her business from home, being a photographer for those who have been abused and scarred in some way. With similar life experiences, a beautiful soul and such a deep love for others, she uses her love of music and photos to show them that they AREN’T broken or alone and that their voices CAN be heard. She uses her skills to give them the confidence to KNOW and FEEL that they are beautiful.
When April isn’t busy being a full-time mom, she focuses on her profound love of music, taking weekly guitar lessons and enjoying live music with her friends. Fond memories of her childhood have her and her family vacationing at one of her favorite places, Ocean City, MD.
