Prospect of Milwaukee County bus service cuts fuels argument for local sales tax vote

Milwaukee County leaders again called asked state officials for the authority to levy an up to 1% local sales tax Thursday while debuting a new report predicting structural deficits and possible cuts to bus service in the transit system.
