Proposal to change St. Louis liquor license process sees mixed reaction from residents, restaurant owners

Tuesday afternoon, St. Louis residents and restauranteurs got another chance to speak with the Board of Aldermen on a highly contested bill that would change part of the city’s liquor license process.
