Petrobras: Offshore wells economical with $45 oil

Petrobras CEO Jose Sergio Gabrielli de Azevedo says the Brazilian oil major’s plentiful offshore oil discoveries are expensive to tap, but remain economically viable with oil at $45 a barrel or higher.
