| Certified and The Windward Neighborhood Security Watch Coordinators Group have partnered with the Honolulu Police Department for the annual NNO event in Kailua. The event will feature Hawaiian food, entertainment, safety education and awards for all Oahu Neighborhood Security Watch (NSW) volunteers. More than 3,000 volunteers are expected to participate, along with Honolulu’s Chief of Police Louis Kealoha, Mayor Peter Carlisle, and other community leaders. | |||
