Nine new buildings provide clientele with over 370,000 s/f of premium retail shopping, parking, and community based amenities such as a dining hall, an outdoor lounge with fireplace, children’s playground, and significant event space. Built on a 65 Acre site, the outlet mall is located at the intersection of Route 42 and the Black Horse Pike in Gloucester Township. Holt, as the General Contractor for this endeavor, started construction in Mid July 2014 and successfully completed the project for the Grand Opening on August 13th, 2015. As Simon Premium Outlets values their tenants and tries to meet their needs, Holt Construction in turn, provided that same level of care to their client in executing these changes. As Holt Construction provided a “White Box” Finish at every tenant space, individual tenant contractors began their fit out work as early as 90 days prior to the Grand Opening.
