Philly pipe-attack suspect seen on video with pipes day before deadly beating, police say

The suspect accused of beating a woman to death with a metal pipe at a Philadelphia office building Wednesday afternoon was allegedly captured on video the previous night with what appeared to be two pipes in his hand, according to a report.
