New food and beverage concepts scheduled to open in former Nob Hill Bar & Grill location

By the end of the month, Dustin Darnell hopes patrons will be able to congregate at "3128 Social House" and "Gather" — two new concepts planned for the former home of Nob Hill Bar & Grill.
