Atlanta rapper accused of trafficking guns to crime plagued Philadelphia in straw purchasing scheme

Federal prosecutors said nearly 300 guns bought across Georgia and trafficked to Pennsylvania in a straw purchasing scheme run by an Atlanta rapper started showing up at crime scenes or were found in the possession of convicted felons in Philadelphia.
