Moore earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa School of Law. During his time in law school, he was also involved in various organizations including being a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the American Bar Association. Before earning his J.D., he obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, with a minor in Finance, from the University of Oklahoma.
