DICOM Expands Its Executive Management Structure with the Addition of a General Counsel

DICOM Group plc (LSE:DCM or DCM.L), a leading provider of Intelligent Capture & Exchange solutions, today announced the appointment of Bradford Weller as the companys general counsel, executive vice president of legal affairs, and corporate secretary. Weller will be responsible for managing all of the companys legal affairs, overseeing the work of all in-house attorneys and external law firms, and ensuring the use of best practices in the companys corporate governance.

Brad has a demonstrated track record of success as an attorney and as a general counsel in publicly held technology companies, said Reynolds C. Bish, chief executive officer of DICOM. Im confident he will bring a wealth of experience and value to DICOM, and I look forward to working with him to further strengthen our industry-leading position.

Prior to joining DICOM, Mr. Weller was most recently general counsel for St. Bernard Software, a NASDAQ-listed provider of security appliances and hosted solutions. Prior to this, he was general counsel, vice president of legal affairs, and corporate secretary at Captiva Software Corporation, a NASDAQ-listed provider of input management solutions prior to its acquisition by EMC. Mr. Wellers experience also includes having worked as general counsel within the telecommunications industry at Wireless Facilities, and at Mosaix, a provider of workflow and call management solutions prior to its acquisition by Lucent Technologies.

My previous experience provides a solid framework for this opportunity, said Weller. As DICOM continues to prosper as an industry leader, I am excited to play a role in its success and to be a part of this journey.
