In its eighth year, the conference provides a forum for the exchange of best practices, networking with peers, and exploring the future direction of BPM.
Connie Moore, Vice President and Research Director of Forrester Research, will deliver the keynote. Moore has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry and has been an analyst for 17 years. Most of her research focuses on business process management, enterprise content management, and more recently, the Information Workplace.
Shahid Osmani, Senior Re-engineering Officer and Practice Head of Dubai World, one of the world’s largest holding companies, is also scheduled to address the conference. Osmani is expected to share with the audience how process maturity can be achieved through BPM-enabling technology.
