Kinetik Holdings Inc. (NYSE: KNTK) (“Kinetik” or the “Company”) has declared a cash dividend of $0.78 per share, or $3.12 per share on an annualized basis. The announced quarterly dividend will be paid on Friday, October 31, 2025 to shareholders of record as of market close on Monday, October 27, 2025.

Kinetik will host its third quarter 2025 results conference call on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 8:00 am Central Time (9:00 am Eastern Time).
