(NewsUSA) - The bill HB 3133, put forward by Republican state representative JJ Humphrey, outlines action points against drug and human trafficking in Oklahoma. The punishment for these "acts of terrorism" includes confiscating assets such as property and money.

However, Humphrey is under fire for the bill's definition of a terrorist. Descriptions included those who are members of a criminal gang in the state, specifically those of Hispanic descent. The bill centered on Hispanic people, which started the flack for racial profiling.

Humphrey quickly released an apology and explained that the bill's focus is on "undocumented" individuals and cartel members from south of the border.
