Chinese panel makers endure steep weekly losses

Small gains on Friday for Chinese-based solar-panel manufacturers do little to lift shares from a tough weekly environment, with U.S.-listed shares of J.A. Solar Holdings Co. looking at weekly losses of 8% in the week. U.S.-listed shares of Trina Solar Ltd. are poised to end the week down 8%, while U.S.-listed shares of Yingli Green Energy Holding holds weekly losses of 11%.
