In trading on Monday, the SPDR S&P Biotech ETF (XBI) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2.1% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical (RARE), up about 9.2% and shares of Intercept Pharmaceuticals (ICPT), up about 6.7% on the day.
