UPDATE 1-LightSquared plans to repay Dish Network chairman in full

NEW YORK, March 18 (Reuters) - Bankrupt wireless venture LightSquared has filed a new restructuring plan that would pay the full $1.5 billion claim of its largest creditor, Dish Network Corp Chairman Charles Ergen, in cash, with interest.
