UPDATE 1-U.S. regulator limits mortgage servicing activities at 6 banks

WASHINGTON, June 17 (Reuters) - A U.S. bank regulator on Wednesday said it imposed restrictions on mortgage servicing against HSBC, Wells Fargo and four others because they failed to meet all of the requirements of a major settlement.
