VioResume, a global career platform, offers resume building and job matching as a bundled service designed to help candidates identify roles that closely align with their experience. The platform analyzes a candidate’s resume, scans publicly available job listings across the web, and ranks roles based on how well they match a user’s skills, experience, and role requirements. Jobs are presented with match scores, allowing candidates to prioritize opportunities where they are more likely to be competitive.
Job seekers often submit dozens of applications without clear insight into whether their background aligns with a role, a process recruiters say creates inefficiencies for both candidates and employers.
The real challenge starts after a resume is finished, said Lutful Monir, chief operating officer and co-founder of VioResume. Candidates move from portal to portal, repeating the same steps without knowing whether a job is even a strong match. By combining resume building with job matching, the platform shows match scores so candidates can focus on roles that better fit their experience.
According to the company, resume creation and job discovery are designed to function as a single workflow rather than separate steps across multiple platforms. The tools and evaluation logic used across the platform are developed and optimized with input from professional HR recruiting officers, reflecting real screening and hiring practices.
VioResume operates a single global platform with offices in New York City and Manila, Philippines. The company supports regional payment options in Southeast Asia, including GCash in the Philippines and widely used Indonesian digital payment gateways, alongside international bank card payments.
Chief executive officer and co-founder Enrico Gonsalves said maintaining teams in multiple regions helps improve user experience while keeping the platform consistent globally. The company also plans to introduce voice-assisted resume creation in 2026. The feature is designed to guide candidates through the resume-building process by asking structured questions, helping ensure important information is not left out. Company officials said candidates often miss key sections or fail to include relevant details because they are unsure how to structure a resume.
Both founders have backgrounds in recruitment and workforce training and have operated employment agencies and training institutes in the United States, experience the company says how resumes are evaluated and how job matches are ranked. VioResume said the bundled tools are intended to streamline early-stage job searching rather then replace recruiters or traditional hiring processes.
