San Diego-based restaurant and sports bar expands into Pine Avenue corridor

LONG BEACH, CA / ACCESS Newswire / March 19, 2026 / The Bascom Group, LLC announced today that it has leased a 3,039-square-foot ground-floor retail space at 200 Pine Avenue in Downtown Long Beach to Dirty Birds, a San Diego-based restaurant and sports bar concept.

The property is a six-story, 66,104-square-foot office building that was renovated in 2022 and features Class "A" common areas, an attached 123-stall parking structure, and ground-floor retail tenants. An additional 4,923-square-foot lower-level space remains available for lease and is suitable for a nightclub or entertainment use.

Dirty Birds is a locally owned restaurant and sports bar brand with multiple locations across San Diego, including Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, Liberty Station, San Diego State University, and the University of California, San Diego.
