On 2 October 2025, Malakoff Humanis announced that it had entered into exclusive negotiations with GBL to acquire Sienna Gestion and Sienna Private Credit. This acquisition has now been finalised. 

The new legal entity, named Sienna Gestion, brings together the Private Debt, Listed Assets and Hybrid Assets business lines, as well as the stake in Neftys. 

This move marks the start of a new phase of development for Sienna Gestion, with the aim of stepping up its diversification strategy under the leadership of Xavier Collot, who joined Sienna in 2022. Sienna Gestion will thereby gain access to the expertise and resources provided by the Malakoff Humanis group.

The Group also reaffirms its strategy of working with other specialist partners in these areas.
