In addition to his martial arts instruction, John Nottingham has created and disseminated impactful programs on anti-bullying education and self-defense. His “Bully Proof Vest” program focuses on empowering children with the skills and confidence to handle bullying situations effectively and safely. His comprehensive self-defense Violence Survival School is designed to teach practical self-defense techniques to people of all backgrounds, promoting personal safety and resilience in challenging situations.  Elizabeth Nottingham shares, “We love seeing how martial arts brings families closer, and we strive to create a community where everyone can grow together.”

To commemorate Nottingham’s accomplishment, John and his team of instructors will be doing a series of free community empowerment events to bring together local families and businesses in a spirit of never-ending positive growth.  The events will be published soon on their website and community event boards.
