Federman & Sherwood Investigates Cornerstone Healthcare Group Management Services, LLC for Data Breach

The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Cornerstone Healthcare Group Management Services, LLC (“Cornerstone”), with respect to their recent data breach. Cornerstone recently discovered that an unauthorized third-party potentially accessed and acquired sensitive and personal information. Cornerstone reported the incident to the Attorney General of Texas in July 2024. The information possibly exposed may include names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, addresses, driver’s license numbers, financial/bank account information, medical information, health insurance information and/or other identification numbers.
