Two Roads Consulting, a North Texas-based management consulting team announced today that it has been recognized by Consulting Magazine as a Best Firm to Work For in the Small Firms category and that partner Kelly Purdom is an honoree for the Women Leaders in Consulting Awards. This is the second year in a row that Two Roads has been honored with both recognitions by the publication.
The Best Firm to Work For rankings are based on responses to survey questions taken by a firm’s own consultants covering six areas of employee satisfaction: Culture, Career Development, Work/Life Balance, Client Engagement, Compensation & Benefits and Firm Leadership. Scores are measured against all qualifying firms and small firms are defined as having between 20 and 250 billable consultants.
The Women Leaders in Consulting Awards are based on nominations by consulting firms who are selected for recognition across seven categories: Excellence in Leadership, Excellence in Client Service, Future Leader, Mentor of the Year, DEI Champion, ESG Champion and Lifetime Achievement. Purdom is an honoree in the Excellence in Leadership category.
