The new capability enables customers to automatically send information about exploitable weaknesses identified by NodeZero directly within the ServiceNow AI Platform. ServiceNow VR synthesizes asset severity, exploit, risk, and threat intelligence insights into automated workflows for fast, reliable prioritization and remediation. Until now, many organizations have relied on manual exports or spreadsheets to transfer results from penetration tests into ServiceNow. The new integration eliminates that friction by automatically creating and updating tickets within ServiceNow, complete with affected assets and exploit evidence, based on the risks surfaced by NodeZero.
