Lincoln Property Company Bolsters Corporate Advisory & Solutions Business with Team Expansion

Corporate services expert Will Burchfield to lead the business development team nationally supported by three additional strategic new hires

Lincoln Property Company (“Lincoln”), a global full-service real estate firm, today announced the expansion of its Corporate Advisory & Solutions (“CAS”) group with four strategic hires of seasoned corporate occupier experts to its Business Development team. Will Burchfield was appointed Business Development Director for Lincoln’s CAS group reporting to Norman Bertke, Executive Managing Director, Head of CAS. He is joined by Madison Davis, Business Development Strategist; Andrew Dixon, Business Development Manager; and Joe Hartmann, Senior Business Development Manager.

Lincoln’s CAS business provides comprehensive real estate services tailored to the unique needs of corporate occupiers, including facilities management, project management, advisory and transaction management, workplace strategy, site selection, and more. The Business Development team will add to Lincoln’s success in the corporate occupier space servicing multiple sectors, including healthcare, financial and professional services, higher education, life sciences, technology, media, entertainment, athletic facilities and data centers.

In his new role, Mr. Burchfield will focus on creating innovative and value-add solutions for our current and future clients while also leading Lincoln’s Business Development team nationally. Mr. Burchfield has over a decade of real estate experience spanning enterprise business development, leasing, commercial sales and flexible workspace consulting. He joins Lincoln from IWG, where he served as Managing Director of Institutional Real Estate for the Americas.

Recent projects and collaborations from Lincoln’s CAS business include:

• In November 2024, Lincoln was named the exclusive real estate provider for the CRC Group, the seventh largest insurance brokerage in the United States. The CAS group provides portfolio optimization, strategy development, project management, lease administration, transaction management and technology services.
• Lincoln served as the Project Manager on the Egyptian Theatre project in Hollywood, winning four awards for their work, including a Preservation Design Award from the CA Preservation Foundation and a Preservation Award from the Los Angeles Conservancy. The project included a full rehabilitation, seismic retrofit and the restoration of character-defining features to repair damage from a 1994 earthquake.
• CAS’ Healthcare Services platform spans over 45 million square feet of leased and managed space. Lincoln is presently providing multiple services in 30 states for various healthcare clients.
