Westmount Realty Capital Expands Western U.S. Footprint with Acquisition of Industrial Portfolio in Reno MSA

Westmount Realty Capital, a leading private real estate investment firm specializing in commercial property assets and multifamily properties, has acquired the Lillard Drive Industrial portfolio, a three-building, Class A industrial portfolio totaling 809,138 square feet in Sparks, Nevada, one of the nation’s most active logistics and distribution hubs. The acquisition marks another strategic addition to Westmount’s growing industrial platform across the Western United States.

Located at 350, 360, and 450 Lillard Drive, the portfolio offers institutional quality construction, superior access to major transportation corridors, and significant value-add potential through vacancy lease-up and mark-to-market income growth upon in-place lease rollover. The portfolio is currently 90% leased to a strong roster of international and regional logistics and supply chain tenants. The buildings feature a variety of modern specifications, including 24-to-26-foot clear heights, abundant dock-high and drive-in loading, ESFR sprinklers and a Union Pacific rail spur.
