Former LSEG and Acadia product chief to lead product, client success, and strategy as the firm scales governed AI for capital markets

Transient, the secure AI Command Center for regulated markets, today announced the appointment of Fred Dassori as President and Chief Strategy Officer. A veteran capital-markets and fintech executive with more than two decades of leadership experience, Dassori will oversee corporate strategy, client success, and product. He will work alongside Co-Founder and CEO Sreej Menon as Transient accelerates its growth across regulated financial institutions.

Dassori joins Transient from London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), where he led product across four businesses: Acadia, Quantile, SwapAgent, and TradeAgent. As Chief Product Officer of Acadia, he grew revenue many times over, led the acquisition of Quaternion Risk Management, and guided the company through its 2023 sale to LSEG. Earlier in his career, Dassori co-founded and served as CEO of Wake USA, a fixed-income electronic market-making joint venture backed by Credit Suisse and Tower Research Capital, and spent a decade at Credit Suisse in fixed-income electronic trading, investment-banking strategy, and equity research. Dassori holds a B.A. from Yale University and master’s degrees from the University of Cambridge and Columbia University.

“Capital-markets institutions are ready to deploy actionable intelligence at scale. Success now depends on the domain expertise, trust, governance, and control that every regulated institution requires,” said Sreej Menon, Co-Founder and CEO of Transient. “Fred brings exactly that deep domain expertise, with a track record of driving product innovation, strategic clarity, and risk-managed execution across institutional finance. His leadership will be central as Transient grows rapidly around the globe.”

Transient’s Command Center connects legacy capital-markets infrastructure to governed intelligence, providing real-time observability, policy enforcement, and full auditability across trading, risk, and back-office operations. Its Caddie.AI® digital assistant delivers revenue-generating capabilities into institutional workflows.

“I’ve spent my career building the infrastructure that global markets run on, and the pattern is consistent: institutions adopt new technology at scale only when they can control it, explain it to regulators, and audit it after the fact,” said Fred Dassori, President and Chief Strategy Officer. “AI agents are no different. Transient is building both the control intelligence layer institutions require and the workflows that put governed AI Associates to work. I’ve helped scale a market-infrastructure business through rapid growth before, and I’m excited to do it again with the team of industry leaders assembled at Transient—building the product and client foundation that takes governed intelligence from pilot to production across the industry.”
